I've never personally worked with this company. Have receipts of assurance roofing who did the roof in 2013. Moved into the house 7 years ago. I have noticed the skylight And chimney leaking recently. Unacceptable for a roof to not last even 15 years. Go up in the attic. Chimney isn't wrapped correctly. Ice and water doesn't even go onto the chimney. Now I have to caulk/temporarily fix it to see if I can get it to last another 10 years. I've heard good things about this company from others and online, but this job was done quite poorly. I shouldn't have to worry about a 13 year old roof leaking....+0Posted on Google
Bill Buresh16 September 2026I hired Assurance Roofing to perform roofing work on my property. After the job was completed, inspections documented standing water on the roof. My insurance carrier declined to continue coverage because of this condition. Assurance Roofing did not correct the issue when notified. I also confirmed through state records that the company did not hold an active contractor license at the time. These are the facts of my experience.+4Posted on Google

The Assurance crew does an incredible job in ONE day! This was our first re-roofing experience and it turned out fantastic. We would contract them again and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their roof. Thank you Ben!+0Posted on Google
Scott Trott4 September 2026Presentation of products, work to be done, and cost by Ben was professionally done. Crew of 9 persons arrived on time with all the equipment needed to do a quick and professional job. Old roof was removed. New vents and flanges were installed and connected without coming into the home. Water and ice shield were installed 6 feet up and new shingles were installed. Total job on a 3 story large home took just over 5 hours. Clean up exceptional and once they were gone, you never could tell that they had been there. Perfect job. Highly recommended. Would give them a 10 start applause.Posted on Google
Steven Millis3 September 2026Benjamin, Becky, Tito, and the rest of the people (sorry, I cannot remember everyone's names) at Assurance Roofing, left myself and my wife very impressed at the quality, efficiency, professionalism, and hard work that they put into the job they done....Assurance Roofing was not the cheapest of the estimates I received, but then they were not the most expensive, but I feel they were and are the best for the job.....Thank you everyone at Assurance roofing.Posted on Google

Lee Schuster19 August 2026Assurance Roofing was such a pleasure to work with. From the initial call talking to the person who answered the phone to working with the owner Ben who quoted me the job all the way through the end of the job, shaking all the hands of the crew and the foreman Homer was great. The price was very competitive, Items provided that enhanced the look of my home that other contractors didn't provide. When I asked the other contractors, they didn't offer them or added a price for it. I felt from the initial visit by Ben that my wife and I were being taken care of and we mattered. I fact check a lot of things when it comes to where I spend my money. There were a few things that were new to me that Ben mentioned they like to do with roofs. I fact checked it and felt very comfortable with his recommendation and I learned something new. I would recommend Assurance Roofing to everyone I know. If I overhear someone, I don't know that is in need of a roof I will go out of my way to mention Assurance Roofing to them. Thank you, Dan and Amy, from Brew City Deck Builders for recommending Ben at Assurance Roofing!!Posted on Google
Kathryn Rubach19 August 2026We had a re-roof job and was completed as promised. Any concerns that we had were addressed as Ben took care of them for us. Michael Heil29 July 2026We are very happy with our new roof. I think when a business owner comes to take a look and give a quote it’s a good sign of things to come, and that is what this project was, from start to finish. High quality products and high quality installers are what we got, and it shows. A new skylight was installed and our weather vane structure was removed, repaired and repainted for us. We were told the project would take about 8 hours and it did. Thanks for all the hard work, helpful communication and impressive completed project here. We appreciate it!Posted on Google
John Gall22 July 2026Assurance Roofing owned by Ben Buser recently completed a reroof job at our home. The task was somewhat challenging due to the extensive foundation landscape plantings that surround our home. Plus the limited access to our rear yard. Although there were a couple of hiccups along the way, a discussion with Ben lead to an amicable resolution for both parties. The foreperson was a true craftsman and took much pride in producing a most acceptible finished product.Posted on Google
Volunteer Time of Grace1 July 2026We had an excellent experience working with Assurance. Ben came out, gave us a great estimate and helped us select our shingle color. He got us scheduled for the very next week. All work was done efficiently and professionally and nothing was left behind on our lawn, not even a nail! We highly recommend Assurance!Posted on Google
John Putnam23 June 2026Another outstanding job. 2017 new roof installed. 5 star rated you and your crew amazing. Last week you gave my neighbor an estimate, and installed his roof yesterday. Then Ben walked over just to see how my roof was doing. Never asked him too do so. Ben noticed my ridgevent was not as it should be. Kinda flat. Ben's team called me out of the blue about the issue. They said they wanted to replace the roof vent for free. I was surprised. Today they were here and replaced the entire ridgevent. I couldn't even tell they were here. I definitely can see the difference. Ben you & again your entire crew are top notch! Your crew really cares about clean/professional install work. Along with great personal communication with the owner. I will continue to recommend your company. Thank you!Posted on Google
Holly Cogswell28 May 2026Assurance Roofing definitely lived up to it's reputation of excellence! We could not be more pleased with the timely communication, ease of scheduling, quality of product, politeness of workers, ability to complete our roof/cleanup in one day, and sending a representative to reattach our DirectTV satelite the same night. Without any reservation we highly recommend this fine local business! Holly and Terry Cogswell, MukwonagoPosted on Google
carrie ausloos26 May 2026Highly recommend this company! They worked incredibly hard replacing our roof and gutters. Did a great job on the wood that needed replacing.Posted on Google
Rich Moore12 May 2026I was extremely impressed with Assurance Roofing, from scheduling the free quote to the clean up of the last nail. When quoting the job, Ben was very specific about the unique issues with my current roof and walked me through his opinions about what needed to be done. This was a tremendous help when I compared other quotes and found little detail, open-ended pricing, and repairs that were not going to fix the root of my problems. While Assurance was more expensive, my wife and I had peace of mind that the job was going to be done right. We’re very happy with the results and would recommend them without reservation.Posted on Google
John Price12 May 2026The crew did an awesome job. Very happy with the results. The whole project was done in 2 days start to finish.Posted on Google

Leslie Mollet8 May 2026From start to finish the men did quality work ! They completed the job within the time frame, we're ready to answer any questions, and Ben stopped by to make sure we were happy ! Oh and they cleaned up all the Big Mess that reroofing makes ! Thanks to each one, plus Becky in the office !!!!!!Posted on Google
The Foxes5 May 2026Superb contractor to work with. They will be getting all of our future business. They came and repaired an issue related to our vent pipe seal without extra charge more than two years after install. Highly recommended.+0Posted on Google
j price2 May 2026They were professional, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and the quality of the new roof replacement is top-notch. What really stood out was how well they cleaned up afterwards—you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Highly recommendPosted on Google

My home has undergone a quality restoration and I am completely satisfied with the work.Posted on Google
Judy Illes23 April 2026Assurance Roofing owned by Ben Buser just completed a big job at our home. His crew worked tirelessly to install a new roof on our house and barn. They also put downspouts in. This is a wonderful company to work with. Homer runs a great crew and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. Great cleanup after the job was completed. Professional and quality work from start to finish. Tito and Becky in the office are very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.Posted on Google
Julia Riese21 April 2026Assurance Roofing did an excellant job on my childs roof in Dane Wisconsin. They stated they would be at his house at 7am and they were there at 7am. Nice clean work was done and very professional during the whole process. They stayed until they were finished because of the trave distance so they worked until 9pm. Would recommend them to do your work.Posted on Google
Chris Sommers12 April 2026We had obtained several different quotes, but after meeting Ben and talking with him-we decided to hire his team to install our new roof. Not only did his crew do everything Ben promised, they were profesional, on time, courteous and he and his team worked with us and for us. They do everything it takes to make their customers happy. We would highly recommend them 100%! Thank you!Posted on Google

Ann Mangold9 April 2026Assurance Roofing did an amazing job on our roof! From beginning the quote to the end of clean up, they were professional and did exactly what they quoted us. Thank you Ben, Tito and Crew for doing such an amazing job! I have to take the long way home just to stare in AWE 😍 of how good it looks now! 😁 THANK YOU Assurance Roofing!Posted on Google
Frugal_Mama Rice7 April 2026They were very prompt and informative. Their staff came out the next day to repair several spots where a strong wind storm had ripped up dozens of my home's shingles. Very professional and respectful. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors who had similar damage done by the wind storm. Very affordable and I will be hiring them to do a complete roof replacement in the next year.Posted on Google
Joe Uselding4 April 2026I reached out to the company because I noticed a few shingles missing on my house. They sent me a text that they would call shortly but never did. I reached back out and they scheduled an appointment the next day. Came out, promised an estimate for a new roof and said they could do a repair in a few days. The next day they just showed up to do the repair, no phone call or confirmation with me that was the route I wanted to go. I told them I was leaning that way, but wanted to see the full quote. They repaired the roof and the tech said the roof looked fine, while sales said I should replace it. Almost 2 weeks later they never sent me the quote. The repair was good, but they really need to work on their communication.Posted on Google
Amy Meerstein30 March 2026We were very impressed by Assurance Roofing and would highly recommend. Ben, the owner was very informative and thorough prior to the start of the project providing us with a good understanding of what to expect from beginning to completion of the project. The crew was respectful, helpful and efficient. The crew was careful with our surrounding landscape and clean up was nicely done. Thank you Assurance Roofing.Posted on Google

Judith Ronau14 October 2025Assurance Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters in March. Ben came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate and more than generous financing options to complete the project. After accepting the quote, they had the project complete within a week (it took one day for the roof and a second day for the gutters) and left behind virtually no evidence of any trash or components of the old roof. Ben and his crew have been doing this for some time and it is evident in the quality of the completed project. My house could not look better and I could not be happier. I strongly recommend Assurance Roofing if you are looking for a true expert and a fair price.Posted on Google
Lynne Cole4 October 2025Our experience with Assurance, with Ben, Tito, Homer, all the workers, was excellent. We would recommend them without reservation. Best of all, the work was done in just a few days and our house looks great!Posted on Google

Sean Sweetman30 September 2025Most people don’t want to have a roof replaced right? But it’s time, and now you want to have some “assurance” that the company you hire will communicate clearly, treat your property with respect, and do a high quality job. That was our experience with Assurance roofing. From the initial consultation to clean up, we were very pleased with Assurance and have no hesitation recommending them for your home.Posted on Google
Cory Moore29 September 2025Assurance put in a new roof and gutters about a year ago. They did a great job. They came out today to fix a leak. Discovered that it was chewing critters. They are going to fix it for free! I would highly recommend Assurance Roofing.Posted on Google
Julie Rice28 September 2025Ben Buser, the owner of Assurance Roofing, came exactly when he said he would to give an estimate. When it came to a color choice for my roof, Becky, drove samples to my job for my convenience, for me to look at and take home. The communication was excellent and I'm very happy with my new roof, gutters and gutter guards. The roofing crew worked very hard in the heat, and I was very happy with the clean-up. Everyone I talked to on the job was very professional. I'd highly recommend Assurance Roofing.Posted on Google
Rich Prosser24 September 2025The team at Assurance not only did what they said and what they wrote in the contract but more. The attention to detail and skill set really showed. The craftmanship of application, water shield, flashing, and the removal and replacement of a sky light and cdx boards as well as adding replacement vents. They missed nothing. Small details i.e., hooking up and putting back things as they were. About 6 guys swept my area with magnets to ensure no metal was left. To wrap it up the clean-up awesome! Thank you, Ben and the team lead Homer, for your great work.Posted on Google
Ryan Smith15 September 2025Your professionalism and safety on the interstate matter as much as on the job site.Posted on Google

Jon Albrecht30 April 2025The Assurance team just finished a roof and gutters replacement project at my residence. From start to finish the entire team was fantastic and the project went smooth and was completed quickly. I didn't realize Assurance did metal trim work as well. I had a significant issue with my existing trim around the garage door, which I added and they took care of during the same visit. The craftsmanship of the roof and custom gutters is top quality and the customer service is second to none.Posted on Google
Lindsay Schroeder7 April 2025We just had our roof and gutters replaced and had a great experience! Every one we came into contact with through Assurance was friendly and professional. They got the job done in one day and it looks great! They also did a great job cleaning up. Alannah Haworth28 February 2025Buckle up this is a long one but I could not be happier with the work they did on our home. If you want a small town, local, family feel type of company to work on your home, this is it. When I called for a quote I think the phone rang once before it was picked up. I hadn’t even rehearsed what to say yet LOL. The quote was provided super fast. We got all new roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, and gutter guard, and the garage door trim and weather stripping. I was surprised by price that I canceled my second company that was coming to quote me. I got on the schedule fast, I didn’t think it was happening until spring. The gentlemen that showed up were very respectful of property. They were consistent when they showed up and left each day. The weather was NOT kind to them. It started off with snow, that melted into mud, then got rained on. Regardless of the weather, everything was CLEAN. No mud trails or messes to clean up after them. When they were done with the job it looked like they never had came. They even put my gate back up on the deck, they left the place exactly how they arrived. Because of the rain, they also noticed this small section that dumped water right onto our driveway that causes a pool of water and icey situation. They told us, then added a gutter there as well. This shows genuine care for the purpose of their job. Not just getting it done, but making sure the customer is getting what they need on their home. Their work is so good that we need new garage doors now to match how clean their work is. The garage doors looks so trashy with their nice work. I will always recommend this company from here forward.Posted on Google
Jackie D11 February 2025From estimate to final payment and everything in between, we had an exceptional experience working with Assurance Roofing in August 2024. Ben listened carefully to what we needed and provided a thorough estimate on the spot that was lower than all our other options while also providing a better final product and installation. The crews were great, very conscientious and hard working. They arrived on time and worked until the job was done without impacting our daily routine at all. We had a complete tear off, a new roof and gutters, and they even shingled our dog house. We highly recommend contacting Assurance before your roof project.Posted on Google

Nick Parisi12 November 2024Getting your house reroofed is a big investment. It would have been a lot harder writing that check if Ben (the owner) wasn't so good at what he does. His contract was detailed, no hidden fees. His guys and shinny equipment all showed up when they said it would. The job was completed and cleaned in two days. Just as promised. Tito the (the manager) came back to our house a week later for a final check up and any questions we may have. I am looking forward to having them back to install our gutters once our facia and soffits are completed. Thank you again, Nick ParisiPosted on Google

anna zwadzich10 April 2024Assurance Roofing did a great job! Start date and time was on point. The crew was there early, covered up plants and bushes around the house, set up and got started early. Tore off old shigles, replaced, worked all day, cleaned up and packed up by 6:30. The roof was done. The next day the gutters and downspouts were done with some gutter guard. The garage door was scrapped up by some shingles. Assurance hired a painter and the issue was quickly resolvedPosted on Google

His crew arrives on the agreed upon date, and they efficiently complete the job as per the contract in a single day. I will hire them for my next roofing job and highly recommend.Load moreVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
